Through the provision of outstanding personal service, it is an IA’s responsibility to contact financially successful individuals, families and corporate institutions (which LEAGUE largely provides through it’s lead generation platform described below), and provide the information and assistance they need to attract their financial assets to the firm’s investment offerings, so that they become Member-Partners in LEAGUE. No Cold-Call Prospecting

LEAGUE has a unique method of attracting interested parties and educating them in preparation for an investment via provision of “The Blue Book of Real Estate Syndication”. Thousands of pre-qualified investors request and receive either printed or digital copy of the Blue Book every month. These prospective Members (Member Candidates) are automatically assigned to IAs for contact, daily. Due to the high quality leads provided, IAs can expect to maintain a high ratio of conversions. (Note: The best IAs have high referral rates, and some no longer require new leads from the company.)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant contact — by telephone, email, and in person — with LEAGUE’s investor Candidates and current Members
  • Provide information about a wide range of investment vehicles
  • Sustain a level or service to current Members — including assessing investment suitability, assistance with making new investments, transfers, and redemptions — in keeping with the Member’s goals
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records and logs

Accountabilities

  • IAs book (total investments under management) should be stable and growing
  • IA’s service levels wins referrals from clients
  • Additionally, we are interested in individuals who can demonstrate from past experience that they have strong prospecting skills, and are able to arrive with or develop their own book of clients

Requirements

  • Mandatory Accreditation: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) through the CSI or Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) Course.
  • Experience: 2-5 years minimum
  • Education: University Degree or College Diploma or Equivalent Experience in Investments or Finance

  • You are an exceptionally strong communicator in all forms
  • You are a call-making machine! You love the telephone, and one-on-one meetings
  • You are dependable: your word is your bond, and you don’t make promises on behalf of others or the company, which you don’t know for certain can be kept
  • You have the ability to forge relationships with new clients while maintaining appropriate contact and service levels that keep existing ones happy

Pay

This position is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable in a performance results based role. The company does offer a base salary however the majority of the IAs compensation should come from bonuses/commissions paid when certain benchmarks are achieved.
