I am pleased to share with you a new investment opportunity: the REIT Intro Unit1. This special unit allows you to participate in the highest possible IGW REIT Income Priority Unit and Traditional (Class AAA) REIT Unit yields. We plan on making it available for a limited time2, so please give this notice its due consideration.

The REIT Intro Units offer maximum return potential and flexibility through these features:
  1. Start off in a special 6-month term of fixed-rate Income Priority Units, and earn a distribution of 10% per annum, paid monthly. That's tax-efficient cash flow paid to you each month for six months. Then, once the 6-month term is up, you have the option to convert to either the 5- or 7-year terms of the REIT's Income Priority Units at 8% or 9%, respectively.

    OR

  2. If you do nothing, your investment will automatically convert into "traditional" IGW REIT's (Class AAA) units at their lowest value during those six months. It's like a unit price protection feature. This means you'll earn the highest monthly distribution possible (at the current unit price, approximately 7.22% per annum) while also watching your investment grow when the value of the properties increase.
