THE COUNTDOWN TO IGW REIT REVALUATION BEGINS!

Dear Member-Partners and Member-Partner Candidates,

As I write this, a team of independent experts from Colliers Realty Services is making its quarterly valuation update of selected properties in the IGW REIT pool. Next quarter, they will be reassessing every property, as they do every six months. When completed, the value of a single unit of the REIT will be calculated – and its Net Asset Value (NAV) established.

The value for the traditional (Class A, AA, AAA) IGW REIT units currently stands at $1.015, with distributions of 7.25 cents per unit per annum. And although past performance is no indicator of future performance, since September 2009, unit values for the traditional (Class A, AA and AA) IGW REIT Units have risen by 4.1%. If you wish to purchase IGW REIT units at their current value, you still have a little time – about three weeks – remaining before the next unit revaluation.

I would also like to mention that the last day to purchase REIT Intro Units1 is November 25 — after which time this "introductory offer" ends. If you would like to subscribe and receive a December distribution, just in time for the holidays, you still have a little time in which to act.

Remember, REIT Intro units start as six-month Income Priority units that earn 10% per annum. At the end of the six months, they can either be converted to five- or seven-year IP units yielding 8% and 9% respectively. Or, if you do nothing, they will automatically be converted to IGW REIT Class AAA units at their lowest value recorded during the previous six months. This last feature amounts to a price protection feature that ensures you get the most for your money, no matter what direction the value may turn during that six month period.
