ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS & STATEMENTS

Dear Member-Partners,

We've been working diligently to improve access to your online account as well as your account statement format, but it has taken much longer than anticipated.

Following many delays and disappointments, we have cancelled our association with our database developers and are pursuing another avenue to bring these long-awaited technology improvements to fruition. Believe me when I say we share your sense of frustration over this; after all, we're Member-Partners too.

In the meantime, we have returned to upgrading our existing system, and are implementing an array of improvements. Very shortly -- days I suspect -- we will launch a new Members area with much improved account statement formatting. The moment design and testing is complete, I will send you details of the new features, and information on how to access and navigate your account.

Moreover, as part of our commitment to provide timely access to information, in addition to online access, effective December we will begin mailing newly-formatted statements to you on a quarterly basis.

Individual account statements will be produced, for each "entity" through which you hold your LEAGUE investments. In other words, as per regulatory requirements, you will see individual statements for investments you own through a registered fund such as an RSP, or as an individual, jointly with another person, or through your corporation.

On a less technical note, I'm also happy to say that these new statements will not only be easy to read and understand, they will be beautiful as well!

We look forward to making these service improvements available to you, and rewarding your patience with many more soon after.
