Friday, March 18, 2011 Dear Member-Partners investing in the SegDebt 1 and SegDebt 2 Limited Partnerships, We are pleased to report that, next week, you will see a substantial deposit in your bank account! This is because we've sold a portion of the commercial mortgage-backed securities investments held by the SegDebt 1 and SegDebt 2 LPs at a considerable price increase. Our timing couldn't have been better, as we've set a new benchmark for the price at which certificates like this trade in the market place. Consequently new potential was created in the market place for future sales of similar securities, both for LEAGUE and other groups in the industry. As a result, a significant portion of your capital will be returned to you, depending on which Limited Partnership you invested in.
