I have exciting news to share with you. For sometime now, our Member-Partners have been asking for a short-term, savings like investment where they could "park" their money, earn a better rate of return than what the Financial Institutions can pay and/or simply have the ability to liquidate or roll their money into a new investment with LEAGUE.

We are pleased to offer a 6 Month Income Priority Units with an annualized return of 4.25%. Investors will have the same sense of security as their investment is backed by tangible assets within the REIT and are cashable 45 days after maturity. In fact, a 7th distribution will be paid during this 45 day waiting period!

At the end of the six month period, you'll get your entire investment back, and keep the cash flow you've received.
