TWO WEEKS TO UNIT REVALUATION Tuesday, May 17, 2011
Dear Member-Partners and Member Candidates, On May 26, in anticipation on the REIT Unit revaluation, we will stop taking subscriptions for the (Series 2) redeemable, 9.5% REIT Intro Units. We created the 9.5% REIT Intro units to allow prospective Member-Partners to put us to the test. These units allow you to earn a monthly distribution of 9.5% per annum for six months, while retaining the ability to redeem at any time during that period. If you do decide to redeem you'll still receive a return on your investment, and you’ll still receive a return on your investment, calculated at 2% per annum for that six-month term. On the other hand, if you continue to hold the investment, once the six-month term is up, you’ll receive six months’ of 9.5% distributions and have a choice of converting to either the five- or seven-year term Income Priority Units; or, if you do nothing, the investment will automatically convert to traditional Class AAA IGW REIT Units. One more thing. . . Although past performance is no indicator of future performance, we have seen a series of steady increases in the unit value of the IGW REIT, culminating in a year-over-year increase of 5.28% from March of 2010. With two weeks to go, you can still purchase both the Series 2, 9.5% REIT Intro Units and the IGW REIT Units at their current value... but not for much longer! Remember: on May 26, we will stop taking subscriptions for the Series 2, 9.5% REIT Intro Units and shortly thereafter, we will announce the new unit value for the Class AAA IGW REIT Unit. For more information on either of these intergenerational wealthTM building investment opportunities, please click here to request information from your Member Services Manager. Warmest regards,
