Today, just a short note to inform you that we are receiving completed Notices of Interest forms for the IGW REIT, Ft. St. John Retail LP, and Trebla Office Tower LP, even quicker than expected.
In the interest of fairness, I felt I should remind you that all subscriptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have not yet delivered your funds, we kindly suggest you do so now. If you no longer intend to invest, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may release the units reserved for your subscription.
To receive your subscription documents, please complete the Notice of Interest form (below), and we will send them to you immediately.
If you have already submitted your Notice of Interest, but have not yet to received the Offering Documents, please call one of our Member Services Managers today at 1-877-772-8836 to let them know. They will arrange that another copy be sent to you via express post, immediately.
