League Assets Corp
LEAGUE APPOINTS INSTITUTIONAL CAPITAL EXECS

Friday, October 24, 2008

Greetings Member-Partners,

I am pleased to announce the establishment of League's Institutional Capital Group and the appointment of the two outstanding professionals leading it: Lynn Kennedy and Stephen Hughes.

League's Realty Advisory group is responsible for the creation of investment opportunities for institutional and high net worth investors and for greatly expanding the capital base of League's IGW Private REIT and its Colwood City Centre LP - the $1-billion 13-acre development of a new city core for the City of Colwood, a neighbouring community of Victoria, BC.

Lynn A. Kennedy has been appointed Head of Institutional Capital for Victoria-based League Assets Corp. With more than 25 years in commercial real estate, Lynn's expertise includes asset management of high-net worth and institutional portfolios in both Canada and the U.S., fund and product management and new business development.

Stephen Hughes has been appointed Vice-President, Institutional Capital with a focus on institutional accounts for various League investment vehicles including the Colwood City Centre LP and IGW REIT. Prior to joining League, Stephen sat on the Institutional Sales and Trading Desk of one of Canada's oldest brokerage firms. Prior to that he was an investment advisor with Canaccord Capital Corporation-Canada's largest independent brokerage firm.

We at League are proud to have both Lynn and Stephen join our team and apply their experience and talents on behalf of our Member-Partners. These appointments will enable our organization to capitalize on the strength of Western Canada and our ability to expand our capabilities to continue to execute on the delivery of long term, sustainable capital gains and income returns for our member partners.

We look forward to bringing you updates on their progress in the near future.

Best regards,

Emanuel.

THE LAW OF ORGANIZED EFFORT:
When two or more people ally themselves, in a spirit of perfect harmony,
for the purpose of attaining a definite chief end,
if that alliance is faithfully observed by all whom it is composed,
the alliance brings, to each of them,
power that is superhuman and seemingly irresistible in nature.
